Alltech Srl expands its extensive range of products for industrial and commercial vehicles with disc brake pads with electric wear sensor for Mitsubishi trucks and lorries.
The electric wear indicator, consisting of a wear sensor located on the brake lining, an integrated circuit, and a warning light on the vehicle’s dashboard, detects and visually signals when the lining has reached the minimum thickness, which for disc brake pads is typically 2 mm. This solution ensures greater brake disc protection compared to a traditional audible wear indicator.
